• Your items will be shipped no later than the next Monday or Thursday after your payment has been received. So, for example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will be shipped on the same day, the next day (Sunday), or on Monday at the latest.
• We use recycled packaging as much as possible. Many larger orders cannot be shipped with recycled packaging, but we always re-use as much bubble wrap as we can in order to reduce our environmental impact. If for some reason you do not want re-used packaging, please just let us know in the "Comments" area on the Check Out page.

We always ship with the United States Postal Service. For international orders, we only offer Priority and Express Mail -- we do not offer International First Class. We know it's the most affordable option, but we've sent packages with that service that took a horrifyingly long time to arrive.

Don't see your country on the list? We can probably ship there, too. Just contact us and we should have it all set up in a few days, or even hours. When you write to us, please let us know how much you'd be willing to spend on shipping, or how quickly you'd need your package.
