Pyroengraved Bamboo Bracelets

Bamboo grows so fast in the hot and rainy regions of Ecuador that many people consider it to be a weed! In the past few years a number of ecological projects have started to use bamboo for handicrafts to benefit both the environment and the local community. These bracelets are made with all-natural bamboo beads in different natural tones. Some are decorated with fried olive pits. All are closed by tying braided ends -- can be worn at any length.
