Pyrography ("writing with fire") is the art of creating designs with a hot poker. This bracelet was created with a heated piece of metal held in a wooden shaft.

This bracelet actually started out as a scrap: leatherworking shops in Medellín, Colombia cut large pieces out of naturally uneven material and are left with smaller pieces, unusable for them, which are punched into the shape above.

The bracelet comes with a piece of thick leather string to tie on to your wrist or ankle.
